The MBAF Eastern Secondary Conference & Annual Convention is Florida’s premier mortgage banking event, offering an unmatched platform for professional development, networking, and leadership. The Phoenix Awards on June 11th, 2025, will elevate this experience by honoring exceptional originators and providing them with well-deserved industry recognition.

Criteria for Nominating a Member:

All nominees or their direct employer companies must be current members of MBAF or a Local MBAF Affiliate Chapter.

Active NMLS license in Florida and/or their employer must have an office and active NMLS license in the state of Florida.

Minimum Production is $15 Million and 50 Units (Commercial Loan and HELOC not applicable).

70% Minimum Purchase Business

Manager certification of production numbers will be required.

3:30 pm - 4:30 pm – Laura Escobar Keynote
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm – Cocktail Hour
6:45 pm – Welcome & Invocation
7:15 pm – Awards Program, 25-26 Board Installation, Delicious Plated Dinner, Dessert, and Beverages Served
8:15 pm - 10:00 pm – Dance the night away to rocking music throughout time inside or on the terrace under the stars! Cozy networking seating spaces will be provided.
